Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Account Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships across both Highline's MPS offerings and Smartflow's workflow solutions. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with a technical sales background, capable of identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for MPS and workflow solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for workflow solutions within the existing customer database.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customised solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications and Skills Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS or technology solutions.
- Technical proficiency to understand and explain complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of Managed Print Services and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems, RPA’s and AI will be a great advantage.
- Familiarity with the Irish technology market and client base.
Training and certifications for all partner software and platforms will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: €45,000–€55,000 per annum DOE.

Position: Solutions Engineer.

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an IT Solutions Engineer with RPA, AI and workflow solutions experience and good presentation skills to join our team in Citywest. This role is pivotal in integrating off-the-shelf software solutions, managing the development of custom applications, and providing comprehensive support to our clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to the role of Solutions Manager within 12 to 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Attending customer meetings in person and video calls as required.
- Supporting the Solutions Consultant during demonstration calls and presentations.
- Preparing and presenting demos.
- Managing the technical post-sales cycle process, including the development project and delivery of the solution by providing technical support for the correct implementation and support to clients.
- Serve as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope involved.
- Assisting the Digital Operations Manager in managing the development team and projects for tailored solutions.
- Analyse current technologies used within the client's company to help identify the right solution.
- Work alongside sales to successfully monitor progress and implementation of solutions.
- Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges.
- Create and deploy product training webinars.
- Integrate, implement and provide training for existing off-the-shelf software solutions to meet client needs.
- Able to write and maintain code for custom solutions using appropriate programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software offerings.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and knowledge sessions as a brand ambassador and presenter.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Development..
- Proven experience in RPA, software development and workflow automations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable:
- 2 to 3 years of IT solutions with experience in the MSP model.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software systems.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms and services such as BotCity and UI Path.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, sales and presentations.
Career Progression
This role is designed as a pathway to the Solutions Manager position. The successful candidate will be mentored and provided with opportunities to develop leadership skills, with the expectation of transitioning to Solutions Manager within 12 to 24 months, based on the division and personal performance.
Training and certifications for all partner software and platforms will be provided.
